Privacy Policy
Bodinsi is built on a simple principle: your health data belongs to you and should stay with you. The app reads your data on your device to write you a calm daily summary. It does not send that data to us.
Health data
With your permission, Bodinsi reads health and activity data from Apple Health — for example heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep, and steps recorded by your Apple Watch. This data is read on your device and used only to generate the readings you see in the app.
Bodinsi does not transmit your health data to our servers, does not sell it, does not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and does not use it for marketing. You can revoke Bodinsi's access to any data category at any time in the Health app under Sharing.
Information we collect
We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number to use the app. We do not collect analytics that identify you.
If you choose to share crash reports and usage diagnostics with developers in your iOS settings, Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymised reports about app stability and performance. These reports contain no health data.
Storage and security
Readings, preferences, and any notes you write are stored on your device and protected by iOS security. If you have iCloud backup enabled, your device backup may include this app data; that backup is controlled by you and encrypted by Apple.
Third parties
Bodinsi does not include advertising SDKs or third-party tracking. Purchases, if any, are handled by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy; we never see your payment details.
Deleting your data
Because your data stays on your device, deleting the app removes the data Bodinsi has created. Removing Bodinsi's permissions in the Health app stops any further reading immediately.
Children
Bodinsi is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will also be noted in the app.
