Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Bodinsi, an app published by Carmel App Studio. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.
Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Bodinsi on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app.
Not medical advice
Bodinsi is a wellness and reading tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and its readings are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified clinician about your health, and never delay seeking care because of something you read in the app. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact emergency services.
Accuracy of data
Readings are generated from data recorded by your devices and by Apple Health. That data can be incomplete or inaccurate, and Bodinsi's interpretation of it is necessarily approximate. Use it as context, not as a verdict.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Bodinsi. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Purchases
Any purchases or subscriptions are processed by Apple. Billing, renewal, and refunds follow Apple's App Store policies; you can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings.
Intellectual property
Bodinsi, its design, text, and artwork are owned by Carmel App Studio and protected by copyright and trademark law. The content you create in the app remains yours.
Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Carmel App Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and termination
We may update the app or these terms; the date above will change when we do. You may stop using Bodinsi at any time by deleting it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
